"When I needed to establish a relationship with a local insurance agency, Nick, Matt and all the staff have been absolutely great to work with from day one, and continue to be. After a major storm in our area, through Nicks agency, State Farm provided significant reimbursement for repairs when others on the street made claims that were denied by their insurance companies. "For years now we’ve been working on trying to incorporate all of our insurance policies to State Farm and the stars finally aligned to do so. Matt was an absolute rockstar through this whole process. Previously with Progressive I never felt much value as a customer and dealt with a variety of different agents for the same claims. I’ve had to spend lots of time on the phone to reach someone with any help or questions I have which became very frustrating. I’ve dealt with only Matt from day one and he came through for us on everything we needed. The price is right for all the coverage we have now and, most importantly to me, the customer service has been very satisfactory. Insurance has been difficult in this state but I feel happier knowing I can reach a reliable agent when I need to."
