"I've used this State Farm office for over a year now, and not only are the rates STELLAR!! but their customer service is on point, too. Very polite, professional, helpful, and informative. They also beat the rates of literally EVERY large insurance company, so if you're shopping around for insurance, I'd definitely check here first!! Edit: Just wanted to add that this location is VERY good at keeping in touch, and are competitive with big box companies!! Highly recommend!!"

"I have been with Nick at State Farm for the last 10 years since moving into town. We have had several claims unexpectedly on the home and cars and each time they were incredibly helpful and understanding. "Looks like the owner will probably respond to this negatively instead of owning their mistakes. Take your business elsewhere- good recommendation is Jamie Felix. Nick is the only one I had a negative experience with he was very very rude & unprofessional & even hung up on me while I was standing at the SOS counter an hour away from home. They will mislead you then send you a text letting you know they apologize for their contribution to your confusion. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. Many other amazing state farm agents in the area. Edited to add: he hung up on me while I was literally crying in tears from wasting my time & my two little daughters standing next to me. He printed out my proof of insurance IN OFFICE & sent me on my way to sos without any notice of the 3 day policy STOPPING me from registering my car & is now claiming I was aware & berated his team member when I was only crying from the stress & frustration his office put on me. Business with a man who doesn’t own his mistakes is a terrible thing. I hope no other single mothers have to encounter such a stressful moment because of something that could have been prevented had it been communicated correctly, while I was in office he even verbally admitted he’s “rusty” at setting up policy’s???? Makes no sense to me since you’re literally the main agent there. I also reiterated many times before even going to their office that I was going to sos & had an appointment & even shared the appointment time with them so his response to this review is very contradictory. This office did not perform at the best of their ability & because of that it cause me & my family a day from hell. Not to mention on the way home from sos something his my window & cracked my windshield. It could have all been avoided with transparency & communication. My review is simply just to warn other people of the experience I’ve had. Via the point of the review system."

"Maranda, Thank you for your review. To clarify for our future customers: State Farm has a mandatory 3-day waiting period for insurance coverage to begin. We were very clear and upfront about that before you ever came into our office. Proof of insurance cannot legally be provided for a policy that is not yet active, which is required for vehicle registration at the Secretary of State. Even though your wasted trip to the SOS, that's an hour away wasn't my fault, I felt bad for you and apologized for my part in not preventing it. I also offered to pay for your gas. (After you berated my team member over the phone). We aim to provide accurate information regarding policy start dates and requirements. If there are any further questions about our processes, we encourage customers to contact our office directly. We wish you all the best in the future!"
